HEALTH & SAFETY

We look forward to welcome guests in our hotel, spa and restaurant.

In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and to ensure the safety of our guests and employees, please read the protocols required carefully. We follow the guidelines as stipulated by the Bermuda Ministry of Health. We will continue to closely monitor the developments and if we deem this necessary, we will change our protocol.

GENERAL

All employees are familiar with this protocol and have to follow the guidelines.

Employees that show symptoms (fever, a cold) will not come to work.

We expect our guests to disinfect their hands as soon as they enter our premises.

Occupants of the property will be limited to staff and registered guests only with the exception of the spa guests with appointments.

Security checks will be in place with I.D required.

We kindly advise guests that the maximum of 2 guests per elevator. The surfaces of the elevators will be disinfected regularly. Toothpicks will be used for opening and selecting floors.

Employees should wash their hands at least once an hour, following guidelines.

We kindly ask our guests to fulfill payments by debit- or credit card. Cashless services until further notice.

RECEPTION

Guest are required to sanitize their hands before entering the lobby.

The set-up at the reception desk is as such for social distancing.

Maximum of 6 guests at a time.

Guests are required to wear mask in the lobby.

All pens and keys will be disinfected after use.

If guests wish to temporarily store their luggage before or after check-in, we kindly ask to place the luggage in the designated area. A staff member will walk with the guest to designated area.

No handling of guests luggage unless they have been sanitized.

BEACH / GOLF SHUTTLE VAN

Mask must be worn in route 

Limited to individuals in the same room/party for travel

Towels will be provided for guest to collect on own

rOOMS

Check in and check out service of the room only.

If guests require a room cleaning during their stay it must be requested 24hrs prior (before 12pm).

Employees will only enter rooms after confirmed permission of the guest and when the guest is not in the room.

All housekeeping employees will wear masks and gloves while cleaning rooms.

Rooms are thoroughly cleaned, following the required guidelines. All contact surfaces will be disinfected after each stay.

All requested items (if applicable) will be sealed in plastic.

FITNESs CENTER

Guests are required to sanitize their hands before entering the gym.

Maximum of 3 guests at a time with social distance.

Equipment will be cleaned and sanitized frequently.

POOL / POOL BAR

Lounge chairs and umbrellas will be arranged for social distance. Please do not move or rearrange. No sharing chairs

Maximum of 30 guests in the pool at a time with social distance.

Pool bar will be arranged for social distancing.

Only registered guests allowed at the pool.

SPA / SALON

Service providers will wear masks &/ Face shields during treatments as an enhanced safety measure.

Our front desk staff will welcome you upon arrival and help you navigate directly to your treatment area if preferred.

Temporary closure of Steam Rooms.

Limited cash payment transactions on-site. Payments will be collected via credit, debit or gift cards.

To keep our guests and employees safe, we will ask all guests to:
Refrain from visiting the spa if you or a household member have a fever, COVID-19 symptoms or a communicable illness.

Refrain from visiting the spa if you/ a loved one are under an isolation or quarantine order/directive.

Respect the spa’s sanitation and hygiene standards and processes posted within the spa and shared by employees.

Share special sanitation or hygiene requests prior to arriving at the spa.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Guests are required to sanitize their hands before entering.

Masks are to worn upon entry. Removal only when seated

No room service available at this time.

The main dining room will be available for breakfast and lunch only with patio seating.
